The best way to prevent wet atmospheric corrosion of metal
For several years Swedish Corrosion Institute has been testing and observing cars to identify which bearing parts of the body suffer the most from corrosion.
Tests revealed that the following elements are mostly exposed to corrosion: cross bars, stands, various supports (which are under load) and brackets of springs, wing spars, doors, bottom of the car, niches of headlights, fenders and bumpers.
Almost all major parts of the car are exposed to corrosion!
