The MDC5000R is a high-capacity desiccant dehumidifier designed for a wide range of general air dehumidification and process drying applications. Built for reliable performance in both industrial and commercial environments, it is particularly effective in low temperature and low humidity conditions. Its compact, durable design ensures extended operation with minimal maintenance, making it ideal for continuous use or temporary hire. The unit includes a desiccant rotor, EC-fans, a reactivation heater, pocket filters, and integrated controls, with all panels insulated using 20 mm rock wool to enhance efficiency.

Construction Features
The MDC5000R features a fully hermetic casing constructed from 1.0 mm AluZinc sheet metal, insulated with 20 mm rock wool for superior thermal and acoustic performance. The exterior panels are powder coated to provide additional protection against atmospheric corrosion. To ensure rigidity and durability, the unit is supported by a robust frame made from 1.5 mm AluZinc sheet metal, also fully powder coated.
Designed for practicality, the dehumidifier is compact and lightweight, with a rigid frame that facilitates safe transport and straightforward installation. Internally, it is equipped with high-efficiency EC-fans and tubular electric heating elements to enable effective regeneration. The washable silica gel rotor ensures excellent moisture absorption, and pocket filters ranging from G4 to F9 are available to suit specific air quality requirements. The unit is designed for ease of maintenance, with accessible internal components, and all parts are manufactured exclusively in Europe to uphold consistent quality and reliability.
