High-Quality Metal Processing for Desiccant Dehumidifiers

We use only corrosion-resistant metals in our dehumidifier casings for long-term durability and reliability:

  • Stainless Steel Sheets – Available in 1.0mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm thickness
  • Aluzinc Steel Sheets – Available in 1.0mm and 1.5mm thickness

We use German-engineered laser cutting technology to precisely shape sheet metal up to 1500 × 3000 mm, offering:

We use a Japanese CNC bending press for precise metal shaping, ensuring:

For stainless steel casing components, we utilise argon arc welding with advanced German equipment, offering:

  • High-quality, seamless welding
  • Minimal post-welding finishing required
  • Reduced distortion and heat stress

After welding, casing components undergo surface finishing using advanced grinding technology to ensure:

  • Smooth, polished edges
  • Enhanced durability and corrosion resistance

Durable & Insulated Casing Design

Our desiccant dehumidifier panels are insulated with rock wool to ensure:

  • Protection against freezing, enabling outdoor installation

All panel joints are sealed with polyurethane or silicone for airtight protection.

High-Performance Desiccant Rotor Technology

The desiccant rotor is the core component of our dehumidifiers. We use third-generation silica gel rotors, manufactured in Sweden, known for their high silica gel content and superior moisture absorption efficiency. This results in:

  • Higher dehumidification capacity at a lower operational cost
  • Efficient humidity control even in extreme conditions (up to 100% RH if no drip moisture is present)
  • Silica Gel: 82%
  • Fiberglass: 16%
  • Acrylic Coating: 2%

To prevent air leakage, the rotor is sealed with silicone tape with a PTFE (Teflon) layer, and separate air streams are maintained using PTFE tape.

For smaller dehumidifiers, we use textolite plates, ensuring high strength with low weight, and minimal friction for smooth rotor operation.

Our rotors are powered by German-engineered gear motors, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and compliant with ATEX and IECEx standards. Some models also feature UK-made motors that meet all European certifications.

A toothed belt and rotor hooks efficiently transfer torque from the motor to the rotor for seamless operation.

Energy-Efficient Fan Technology

All our fans are German-made, CE-certified, and built for high efficiency and low noise levels.

MDC1000 and larger models feature EC motor-driven fans, offering:

  • 30% energy savings compared to traditional AC motors
  • Built-in electronic control systems for optimal performance
  • Low noise operation
  • To eliminate vibrations, all fans are mounted on anti-vibration supports.
  • Adjustable Power Consumption: Models MDC1000 and above come with a potentiometer-controlled system for flexible energy management.

Advanced Filtration System for Air Purity

Our desiccant dehumidifiers are equipped with high-efficiency air filters to ensure clean and contaminant-free airflow:

  • Panel Filters (MDC250–3000 models)
  • Pocket Filters (MDC4000 models and above)

The G4 to F9 class filters (EN779) are designed for easy and secure replacement, ensuring:

  • Minimal air leakage

Efficient Regeneration Heating System

We offer multiple regeneration heater options for different operational needs:

  • PTC Heaters (used in models up to MDC2000)
  • Electric Tubular Heaters (used in MDC3000 and larger models)
  • Water / Steam / Gas Heat Exchangers (available upon request)

Our PTC heaters use Swedish and German-manufactured heating elements, certified under ISO 9001:2008.

For MDC3000 and larger, we manufacture tubular electric heaters in-house to ensure maximum efficiency. These heaters are equipped with:

  • Built-in temperature sensors for optimised regeneration
  • Overload protection for heating elements

Upon request, water, steam, or gas regeneration can be incorporated, utilising heat exchangers from Italy, Czech Republic, or Sweden, all certified under ISO 9001:2008 and PED Directive 23/1997/EC.
