Construction Features

The casing of the MDC800R is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Key sections are reinforced with 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm stainless steel to ensure outstanding rigidity and durability, even under demanding conditions. This robust build is complemented by a rigid frame, designed to support safe transportation and straightforward installation.

Despite its sturdy construction, the unit is compact and lightweight, fitted with swivel wheels to allow easy movement and repositioning on-site. Maintenance has also been carefully considered, with simple access to internal components ensuring that servicing can be carried out efficiently.

For optimal performance, especially in challenging low-temperature and low-humidity environments, the MDC800R is equipped with a Micatrone HC2 digital humidistat and a PTC heater to maintain efficient regeneration. Its washable silica gel rotor provides high moisture absorption and long-term reliability. All components are sourced exclusively from European manufacturers, ensuring consistent quality and dependability.
